sorry for the late reply but i got my laptop and i got it without paying any cost to them ....they call me to their office to pick up the laptop
its an acer laptop with all feature like webcam, bluetooth, wifi, battery backup of more than 3hrs
i got it on december 2nd.. and it works fine it have no faults in it
